Who is eligible for the VIP Program?
- All current clients of Livian Estates are eligible for the program and are free to utilize any of the items in our inventory for the first full year.
- Past clients, clients who have already closed on their homes in the past 12 months, can enroll in our VIP Program by referring us to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Borrowing an Item
To borrow an item, you can call or email us. You can also directly book your reservation on our website. No more than 1 item may be borrowed at any one time. We generally ask that you submit your item reservation at least 3 days in advance of your desired rental date.
Loan Period
The loan period for any item is only one day and is due back a day from the date borrowed.
Holding Period
An Item/Tool will be held to be picked up within a day. Failing to pick up within the grace period will automatically cancel your reservation.
